Carson’s view on fitness can be stated in four basic principles: Flexibility, Stability, Strength and Power. Carson has a military background with a few years on the other side of the pond.
He is a Master Fitness Instructor from the military, but that’s not his dominant style of training.
He works on the most basic of movements and allows your range of motion to lead him. When he’s not training or working out, he plays any and every sport and holds a 0.2 handicap with the Arizona Golf Association and loves tournament golf.
He also enjoys different challenges like Tough Mudders and a few 5k and 10k’s, but his real passion is for you to reach your goals.
