Min 11-19: 1 Hang Power Clean + 2 Hang Squat Cleans
Min 2/6/10/14/18 – Burpees over Bar for 30 seconds
Min 4/8/12/16/20 – Run 100m
Build as you go on the cleans and go as heavy as you like.
