jumping rope + emom do 10 push ups in a different position , normal HR, wide, close, one up one down each side.

A. Heavy single leg Step ups 5 set of 8 reps , 2 sec pause at top. rest 60 sec btw sets.

B. RDL @32×1, 4 set of 6 reps
rest 90 sec-2 min btw efforts

C. not for time
60 sec wall sits
8 burpee box jumps
15sec hang with one alt leg up each leg
rest 90 sec
x5 sets
