Clean and Jerk work on with PVC demo and work on mistakes
sets will be
bar 2 sets 10 of hang cleans working on front rack
ADD weight 2 sets of 3-4 reps working on speed
5 wall balls
ADD weight 2 sets of 3-4 reps working on punching out at top of rep for jerks
10 wall balls
ADD weight for workout 2 set of 2-3 reps working on what ever you need to work on
15 wall balls

3 RFT:
10 Clean and Jerks 95/135 RX+ 105/155 lbs
40 Wall balls 14/20
