warm up clean and jerk
3 set of 3 2 cleans plus 2 jerks add weight
3 sets of 3 clean and jerk with weight you will use for workout

30 reps for time of:
• Clean & Jerk 135/95#

to get RX you must do this workout in less then 5 mins
