station 2.) KBs (36/52)
station 3.) Slam Balls (14/20)
station 4.) Row for Cals
station 5.) ALT DB Clean and Jerk (30/45)
station 6.) Bench press (65/95)
station 7.) Ring Plank
*Stay at your station for ALL 4 rounds before you switch. 1min. rest between stations. Don’t forget your order.
*Shooting to get as many reps as possible at each station. Nice little change-up, but don’t be fooled… This is going to be spicy 😉
