Clean and Jerk warm up we are just drilling today not going heavy we need to get better at moving the bar
Watching for good hip contact and good foot work
if hip contact is a issue try this drill, two clean pulls 1 clean (keep lats tight and get use to that bar hitting you in the high hip.
Foot work drills , High hip clean drill 5×2 if you don’t hear your feet or hit your spot where your feet should hit do the set again.

pick a wight that you can finish this workout i know RX is cool but finishing this workout is cooler!!!
if in the open you did it RX then try that puppy again
