BB hang power cleans warm up then 5 sets of 5,4,3,2,1-3 try to go heavy and heavier each set

Bench press with tempo 3 sec down 5×5
pasue SB hip ext 2 sec hold 6-10 reps 5 sets

close grip pushup 6-10 reps
45-60 sec of flutter kicks
x4 sets littel to no rest
