60 sec of side shuffle from cone to cone out side
res 30 sec x3 efforts

as a group or Team row 1.5K per person breaking it up as needed
after you get off rower you must do
15 burpees+ 60 sec low plank + 30 one leg v ups

10-20 min flow work
focus on Hips , t spine , legs , shoulders
