A.) warm up EMOM 12 mins
min 1 40 sec wall sit
min 2 6 box jumps
min 3 40 sec row each round go harder

B.) Sand bag bear hug squats
3 rounds of 10 reps with same weight
3 rounds of 10 reps going up in weight if you can
rest 60-90 sec btw efffors

C.) tabata of bicycle crunches
8 sets of 20 sec of work 10 sec of rest
