50 Box pike push ups (feet on box must stay in pike)
200-ft. bear crawl (across the gym is 40 feet x5 = 200 )

50-lb. dumbbell, 24-in. box
Time cap: 10 minutes

200 feet = 40 reps
200 ft bear crawl = 40 reps
