we are going to build up to a 1 rep max Back squat
bar 2 set of 10-12 reps working on form then add weight
2 sets of 6 reps
2 set of 3
set of 2 then
sets of 1 tell you find you max with great form
shitty form doesn’t count

10 mins of not for time
20 up up down down
35-45 sec paloff holds left and right side
