Trying to get a pull up or trying to get more pull-ups try eccentric or tempo work here Chad is doing a 3sec down tempo pull-up. Jumping up and coming down at a 3 count super awesome on your connective tissue. 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps boom fitnessing! Thanks for the help @chadloch #weightbuffet
